The Service Provider reserves the right to make such modifications to these General Terms as it deems appropriate without prior notice. These modifications may be made, through its websites, using any method permitted by law, and will be enforceable for as long as they are published on the website, until they are validly modified by other subsequent modifications. The purpose of the website is the marketing and sale of handbags, clothing and accessories. The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Warranties
All products offered on the website are covered by the supplier’s sales warranty. SOCIAL CAPITAL, S.L. offers an after-sales service that customers can use during the warranty period by sending an e-mail to hello@zehnbaume.com.
Prices and VAT
All products show the selling price in Euros and include Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT) at 21%.

Service Performance
SOCIAL CAPITAL, S.L. undertakes to deliver the order in approximately:
3-7 days for purchases ready to ship.
5 weeks for 5-week purchases.
10 weeks for 10-week purchases.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@zehnbaume.com within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. We may need photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund or exchange.
