What does the ZB warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including, but not limited to:
- Cracks or breaks in the casing
- Defective zippers
- Ripped seams
- Tears in the fabric that cause the product not to function properly
- Broken hooks
- Ornaments that do not work
To redeem a warranty, you must be the purchaser of the product or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Wear resulting from use that is abnormally hard or incompatible with the intended use of the Product.
- Cosmetic damage
- Replacement of any non defective part of the Product
- Any product sold “as is”, “preconditioned”, “used” or similar expressions that indicate that the Product is not new.
- Damage caused to personal property by water ingress
- Damage caused by negligence or accident on the part of third parties, in particular damage caused during flight or transport. We recommend that you inspect your product immediately upon removal from the shipping facility and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
