How can I set up a return?

What is your return policy?

To learn about our return policy, please send us an email to hello@zehnbaume.com explaining the reason for your return, and we will respond as soon as possible. Each case is unique, so you will receive a personalized response.

Can I exchange for an item that is sold out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for a size that is sold out because we do not guarantee that every product will be restocked.

What carrier do you use for returns?

Correos Express in Spain, UPS for ROW.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within two business days.

Is it possible to exchange my item for a different style?

Yes, as long as the product is still brand new, packed and unused. We will charge you €40 to cover shipping and handling costs.

What is your international returns policy?

Shipping & tracking

When will I get my order?

My item arrived damaged, how can you help me?

  • A photo of the sizing tag.
  • A photo of the front of the item for identification purposes.
  • A photo clearly showing the damage.
  • Your order number.

Can I change my order?

If the product has not yet left the logistics center, you still have time to make any changes. Send us an urgent email to hello@zehnbaume.com.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email, please let us know at hello@zehnbaume.com and we will resolve it.

Why is an item missing from the order I received?

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your full order!
There can sometimes be an inventory discrepancy that causes orders to short-ship. We do our best to reach out to customers to inform them of this as soon as we’re aware.
If you’ve received a partial order and haven’t yet been contacted by us, please reach out to us at hello@zehnbaume.com. Any missing items must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the order.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

The discount codes have a predetermined time, if they expire, they can no longer be used.

I forgot to apply discount code, can I apply it to the order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discount codes to an order after it has been placed.
All discount or gift codes must be applied at the checkout on the day the offer is valid, cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/promotions, and cannot be applied retroactively.

How do I earn points?

There are numerous opportunities to accumulate ZEHNBÄUME reward points, which can be exchanged for exclusive discounts and perks. Plus, you’ll receive a special treat on your birthday!
You can earn points for every dollar spent with us, by leaving product reviews, registering your tree codes, and much more!

How do I redeem my rewards?

To use your reward points, please log in to your account and proceed to checkout. Once there, you should notice a «Rewards Credit» section above the «gift card or discount code» box. Simply click the blue «Apply Balance» button, and your points will be deducted from your total!
For mobile users, you may need to tap the «Show order summary» arrow to view and apply your rewards balance.
If you’re redirected to ShopPay, please opt for «Checkout as Guest» to apply your points.

Can I transfer my reward points and tier level to another account?

To transfer your reward balance to a new account, kindly email us at hello@zehnbaume.com with both your old and new account details. We’ll be happy to assist you with the transfer!
Please be aware that we’re unable to transfer your previous tier level to the new account.

What is my forest?

Introducing Your Forest, a brand-new feature designed for you to monitor the impact of your tree planting efforts! To get started, simply create an account using the same email linked to your website account. By registering tree codes, you’ll witness a digital depiction of your impact.
Additionally, you can unlock achievements, track your carbon emissions offset, and delve into details about the trees you’ve planted!

Where do you plant tree?

Our platform is directly connected with TreeNation, who receives the notification and plants 10 trees for every purchase.
We have planting sites all over the world!

Why should we plant trees?

In 2019, a scientific report by the Crowther Lab concluded that planting trees is possibly the cheapest and most effective way to fight climate change.

My item shrunk!

We recommend washing our products following the cleaning instructions in «How to clean your ZehnBäume». By following our washing advice, your accessory will remain in perfect condition.

How do I get rid of creasing on my garment?

The accessory should be stored in good condition, without being folded, as the interior foams may become misshapen if left in a poor position for an extended period.

Do you have replacement buckles or other parts you can send me?

We usually keep a stock of items like buckles, snaps, and G-hooks that we can send to you to help maintain your ZEHNBÄUME gear.
